The City of Everett CAN NOT STOP SCREWING UP!!!

*** DISCLAIMER: Sorry to all of my regular readers, since the city sits on my blog & my website all day long I know they will be eager to read this. By them reading this & responding with frivolous motions, it is communication. If you want to see unbound stupidity by a Municipal Entity then please read on!

As most of you know I went to jail on November 3rd & 4th for failure to appear for a discovery hearing. I called in to tell them I was SICK & I couldn’t even get out of bed.

So when I showed up for my trial they had cancelled it & issued a warrant for my arrest. I was walking to the Police Dept where you go to turn yourself in, right next door & Jennifer Speelmon comes around the corner telling me “You got your nerve, you better fucking run bitch” (The joke is on this stupid woman, since Rose is the one who gave me all this info on her & her boyfriend because she thought he was sneaking up in their joined attic, poking holes in the walls & masterbating while looking at her…) Rose Adams comes flying around the corner with a clerk yelling that I have an arrest warrant, DUH IDIOT I was walking right into the POLICE STATION, the judge entered the warrant, but didn’t sign it, so they had to get it signed which of course he did so Rose posted that I had been arrested EVERYWHERE for RCW 16.52.207(3) “Failure to Provide Humane Care”oh but wait… My charging papers say I have violated EMC 6.04. So what is it you friggin morons??? When people called the jail it was listed as an RCW, not as the EMC.

So what does that mean?

1) They falsely imprisoned me: RCW 70.54.050 states

RCW 70.54.050 Exposing contagious disease — Penalty. Every person who shall wilfully expose himself to another, or any animal affected with any contagious or infectious disease, in any public place or thoroughfare, except upon his or its necessary removal in a manner not dangerous to the public health; and every person so affected who shall expose any other person thereto without his knowledge, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
[1909 c 249 § 287; RRS § 2539.]

The courts can not DEMAND that I break the law, they can not punish me for NOT breaking it. If I would’ve went to court I could’ve been prosecuted for violating RCW 70.54.050: Hence they falsely imprisoned me for NOT breaking the law. MORONS.

ANOTHER TORT CLAIM LIABILITY….

Okay so their states witnesses are threatening & harassing me, wonder how many state laws that violates? Oh but they already know because they instigate it by giving out my personal info & even going so far as to LIE about my info… If they are not lying or telling this can of crazy all of this; then is she lying? So if they are not liars, then their witness is?

So… My attorney didn’t show up for court for my jail/bail/P.R. hearing so they let me proceed Pro Se, but they won’t let me represent myself at trial? Hmmmm… We’ll see about that.

The Judge demanded I turn in a financial statement because my attorney requested 9 dollars to pay for the CD that the Prosecutor sent him: I’m sorry your honor but I don’t have 9 friggin dollars for you because I can’t get a job, you guys are holding my Therapy/Service dog HOSTAGE & besides that WHEN WOULD I HAVE TIME TO GET A DAMN JOB??? I’M IN COURT ALMOST EVERY WEEK, SOMETIMES TWICE A WEEK!!!

I suggest you look up Gauntt V Auburn. WHICH STATES THAT YOU CAN NOT PROSECUTE ME UNDER THE RCW IF THE LANGUAGE IS NOT INCORPORATED IN YOUR EMC. YOUR EMC IS SHOT BECAUSE IT CAN NOT BE MORE RESTRICTIVE THAN STATE LAW, & IT IS.

SO YOU DON’T EVEN HAVE TO SCREW UP AT TRIAL THIS WHOLE BULLCRAP CASE IS AUTOMATICALLY SET FOR APPEAL.

I CAN’T EVEN FILE MY TORT CLAIM IN COURT BECAUSE EVERY TIME I THINK I HAVE INCLUDED EVERYTHING YOU ALL DO SOMETHING ELSE STUPID. THIS IS JUST PLAIN WEIRD! WHAT THE HELL KIND OF STRATEGY IS THIS? WHY DON’T YOU JUST GIVE ME BACK MY ANIMALS, MY CRATES, ALL OF THEIR MEDS, CUT US A CHECK & CUT YOUR LOSSES???

DID THE 3 STOOGES HAVE CHILDREN WE DON’T KNOW ABOUT?

YOU DON’T HAVE ANYTHING BETTER TO DO THAN WASTE MILLIONS OF TAX-PAYER DOLLARS??? I WILL NOT QUIT FIGHTING YOU UNTIL I DIE, UNTIL I GET JUSTICE FOR MY ANIMALS. I WON’T STOP TIL YOU MAKE THIS RIGHT.

OH WAIT YOU ARE A COURT OF LIMITED JURISDICTION, SO THIS MUST BE THE MOST EXCITING MISDEMEANOR YOU HAVE EVER HAD, SINCE YOU HAVE TO LET THE “BIG BOYS” IN THE DISTRICT & SUPERIOR COURTS HANDLE THE “REAL” CRIMES.
